Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2025
These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which Kinbridge provides its services to participants. By making an enquiry, booking a session or programme, or attending any Kinbridge service, you accept these terms.
1. About Kinbridge
Kinbridge is a facilitation and coordination practice based at 176 Sukhumvit Soi 24, Khlong Tan, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. Our contact telephone is +66 2 661 5408 and our enquiry email is [email protected].
Kinbridge provides family facilitation, co-parenting coordination, and household records organisation services. All services are non-binding, educational, and facilitative in nature. Kinbridge does not provide legal, psychological, financial, or medical advice, and nothing in our services should be construed as a substitute for qualified professional advice in any of those fields.
2. Nature of Services
Kinbridge offers three core services:
- Family Conversation Facilitation — a structured, neutral session in which a facilitator helps family members discuss a shared topic. The facilitator does not advise, recommend, or represent any participant.
- Co-Parenting Coordination Workshop — an educational and organisational workshop helping parents across two households develop shared routines, calendars, and communication habits. No legal or binding parenting arrangements are created.
- Family Information & Records Programme — an extended programme helping families organise household records and key contacts into an agreed reference system. Kinbridge does not store, hold, or take custody of any participant documents.
All participation is voluntary. Nothing that takes place in a Kinbridge session creates legal obligations between participants, and Kinbridge does not act as a representative or agent of any participant.
3. Bookings and Fees
Session and programme fees are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Prices listed on our website are current at the time of publication and are given in Thai Baht (฿). Kinbridge reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
Payment terms are provided at the point of booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due before a session or programme commences. Kinbridge does not offer credit or deferred payment arrangements as a standard service.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Participants may cancel or request to reschedule a session by contacting Kinbridge at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as communicated at the time of booking.
Kinbridge reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session in circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund provided where a fee has already been paid.
5. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith throughout any Kinbridge session. Kinbridge facilitators may pause or bring a session to a close if, in their reasonable judgement, continued participation would be unproductive or inappropriate. In such circumstances, no refund is due for the session in progress.
Kinbridge sessions are not a setting for raising personal claims against other participants. The facilitator's role is to hold structure, not to adjudicate disputes or hear formal complaints.
6. Written Session Summaries
Where written session summaries are provided, these are factual records of what was discussed and any next steps participants agreed during the session. Summaries do not constitute legal documents, binding agreements, or professional advice. Participants are free to use summaries for their own reference and planning purposes.
7. Confidentiality
Kinbridge treats information shared by participants as confidential and handles personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
Participants are asked to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants during sessions. Kinbridge cannot enforce confidentiality obligations between participants but requests this as a condition of participation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kinbridge's services are facilitative and educational. We do not make decisions on behalf of participants and do not advise on legal, financial, psychological, or medical matters. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kinbridge's liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the relevant participant for the session or programme giving rise to the claim.
Kinbridge is not responsible for decisions made by participants during or after sessions, or for the outcome of any arrangements that participants agree between themselves.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials produced by Kinbridge — including written frameworks, templates, and planning tools provided as part of our services — are created for the use of participating families and may be used freely for personal and household purposes. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, or use outside the family context without prior written agreement from Kinbridge is not permitted.
10. Changes to These Terms
Kinbridge may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised date. Your continued use of Kinbridge services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of Kinbridge services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
