Our Company
Built on the Belief That Every Family Deserves to Be Heard
Kinbridge was founded in Bangkok to fill a quiet gap: families who needed a calm, structured place to talk — not to be advised, but to be facilitated.

How Kinbridge Came to Be
Kinbridge grew out of conversations with Bangkok families who kept saying the same thing: they did not need someone to decide for them. They needed somewhere quiet and fair where they could talk properly. Many had already worked with lawyers and counsellors. What they wanted was something simpler — a structured hour, a neutral person, and a written record of what had been agreed.
We opened our doors on Sukhumvit Soi 24 to offer exactly that. Our sessions are not mediation, not counselling, and not legal advice. They are facilitation: calm, organised, and focused entirely on helping people understand each other a little better.
Over time we added the Co-Parenting Coordination Workshop and the Family Information & Records Programme for families managing the practical side of shared responsibilities. Both remain firmly in the same spirit — supportive, educational, and non-binding.
What Guides Us
Our Mission and Values
Impartiality
We hold no position on any family's choices. Our role is to ensure the space stays fair, not to nudge outcomes.
Confidentiality
What families share in sessions stays within those sessions. We do not disclose information or share notes with external parties.
Respect
Every family member who enters our space is treated with equal care and dignity, regardless of their position in any disagreement.
Clarity
We always explain what we do and, just as importantly, what we don't do. Families leave knowing exactly what kind of support they received.

How We Work
Our Standards of Practice
Every session and programme at Kinbridge follows a consistent set of practices designed to protect participants and maintain quality.
Written Session Summaries
After each session, every participant receives a factual written summary covering what was discussed and any next steps agreed. Nothing is added or interpreted beyond what occurred.
Informed Participation
All participants are briefed on the nature and scope of Kinbridge services before a session begins. Participation is always voluntary and non-binding.
Facilitation Training
Kinbridge facilitators complete structured training in neutral facilitation and non-directive conversation management. Ongoing professional development is part of our practice.
Data Privacy Compliance
Personal information shared with Kinbridge is handled in accordance with Thailand's PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act). We do not sell, share, or store data beyond operational necessity.
Clear Scope Boundaries
We are transparent about what Kinbridge does not cover. When a family's needs fall outside facilitation and organisation, we say so clearly and encourage them to seek appropriately qualified support.
Member, Thai Facilitation Network
Kinbridge holds membership in the Thai Facilitation Network, a professional body supporting practitioners working in structured dialogue and family coordination across Thailand.
Family Communication Support in Bangkok
Bangkok is home to thousands of families with different shapes, different histories, and different languages spoken under the same roof. What many share is the challenge of finding a neutral, unhurried place to talk through shared topics — whether that is dividing household responsibilities, agreeing on routines for children between two homes, or simply working out who holds which documents and how to reach them.
Kinbridge occupies a specific and deliberate space in that landscape. We are not a counselling practice. We are not a mediation service. We are a facilitation and coordination practice — trained to hold structure, not to hold opinions. The families who come to us tend to be thoughtful, self-aware, and already clear that they are not looking for someone to solve their situation. They want a setting and a structure that helps them work it through themselves.
Based on Sukhumvit Soi 24 in central Bangkok, Kinbridge serves families from across the city's central districts. Sessions are offered in English and Thai. All services are non-binding, educational, and facilitative in nature. We do not provide advice that requires a professional licence and we are transparent about that from the very first enquiry.
